TERRIFIC!!!! August 8, 2015
This is a totally AWESOME class! I can't begin to say how much I have learned from it without even knowing I was learning it!!! Angela is one of the best teachers on Craftsy, IMO! She is so laid back and takes her time explaining the techniques and is firm that if you don't understand something, ASK! I can't believe that I made a pair of JEANS!!! Get this class!!! It is worth EVERY cent! Prostitch
Amazing Class!!! June 12,2015
Absolutely amazing class!!! I have been sewing for many many years and I have to say I've learned so much from Angela in this one class - her method of teaching is brilliant with so much detail and visual explanation of what she is doing.
Thank you Angela and Craftsy for giving us 'Home Sewers' the opportunity of learning so many industry secrets. I am so looking forward to making my very own designer jeans. Sandie Freeman

This is a very nice jean pattern with clear written instructions and additional Craftsy video tutorial that I can highly recommend, individually or as a package.
I don’t remember ever being this happy with a sewing pattern before. This is not a mere pair of jeans, but a sculpture that is enclosing the body in the most favourable way possible. I took this, rather than Angela Wolf’s other jean pattern, because of the deeper waist/longer crotch curve that I know I have and was right to do so, although I’d have liked the extra pocket design options. I made two toiles; shorts to save fabric to get the right fit. These are “Miss” sizes, not based on mature adult proportions, and I went up (10 was good for my 6 Australian). Although the pattern recommends a 6 – 8oz stretch denim, I made this perfect pair from a 10oz non stretch denim and can’t wait to go through all the other fabric options out there. The instructions are detailed and clear, but I followed Angela’s Craftsy class, Sewing Designer Jeans, which I very highly recommend as well.
At first, the instructions confused me, but once I got to grips with it in my head all was well! The notions list also confused me as the buttons were mentioned twice! Otherwise, I love how my jeans came out! You can see pictures here: http://bakingmakingandcrafting.com/2014/06/13/new-to-me-challenge-the-slender-bell-jean-by-angela-wolf/
