    Chloe Trench

Posted by Karen Meyer on 6th Aug 2021

I was looking at Angela’s Pattern and thinking that the style reminded me of a London Fog trench I had as a young woman. I thought it would be hard so I procrastinated. In actuality it was very easy to follow because of Angelas’s directions and the sew alongside with the FSC. I have been sewing since I was 11 and I love how she challenges us. It was 20 pattern pieces and though I was intimidated , I would not hesitate to try it again. Thank you for your encouragement and guidance.

I loved the style of this jacket. I would make it again! I've received nothing but complements. I would make a few tweaks including going up a size if it will be a true "over coat." Make sure you compare the finished measurements to the ease you want before deciding on size.
