Designer Angela Wolf works her magic right before your eyes. In One Pattern, Many Ways with Angela Wolf, this popular sewing instructor shows how to restyle a pattern to create an amazing wardrobe. You will see how quickly and easily a few simple pieces can be versioned to produce fresh new looks you’ll love.

One pattern...4 garments...unlimited possibilities. Angela chose one commercial pattern by Simplicity with four essential pieces – a dress, skirt, pants, and jacket with long and short-sleeve versions – as a starting point. Then her boundless imagination and sense of creativity kick in as she demonstrates the many ways this basic pattern can be manipulated, such as:

  • Enhancing the dress
  • Altering the neckline
  • Adding sleeves
  • Adding a collar
  • Altering the pants hemline
  • Restyling a shorts suit with fabric design
  • And more.

Inspiration at every turn! Her daring use of colors, fabrics, detailing, color blocking, embellishments, and other designer tricks show you how one simple pattern can be re-imagined to go far beyond what you might expect.

Open the door to a world of creative options. One Pattern, Many Ways will encourage you to think creatively, see new possibilities, and gain the confidence to express your style in everything you sew! And as an extra bonus, this engaging video includes a behind-the-scenes interview with Angela Wolf!

Angela presents you with ideas galore in this DVD. You will learn to look at patterns totally differently and have the know how to change them to what you want. I highly recommend this to anybody interested in creating something new from a tried and true pattern. Chocked full of techniques and lots of excellent tutelage from Angela on how to make up the pattern and then sew up your garment.
